Privacy Policy

What personal identity information of yours will be collected?
AQUA Software Products, Inc. (ASPI) collects information from different parts of our Web site. Some information is gathered when you enter your user ID and password to enter Club ASPI. When you register for training using the online registration form, ASPI collects the information entered on the form. The information you submit allows us to identify and contact you.

How will your information be used?
ASPI's goals in collecting personal information are to provide you access to personalized information, allow you to register for training via the Web site, and to log Web site visits. Your Club ASPI user ID and password allows access to confidential files and documents.

Who will be collecting the information and with whom may it be shared?
Unless ASPI requests and receives prior written permission from you, we will not disclose any of your personal information with anyone. All information collected will be subject to and used in conformity with the Non-Disclosure Agreement signed with ASPI.

ASPI does not sell or rent user information to anyone. ASPI may disclose user information when we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to, or interference with (intentionally or unintentionally), ASPI's rights or property, other ASPI Web site users, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities. ASPI may also disclose user information when, in good faith, we believe that the law requires it.

Please be aware that ASPI Web site links to other Web sites that might collect information about you. This statement does not cover the information policies of such linked Web sites.

What options do you have regarding collection, use, and distribution of your information?
You may decline to provide information, however, doing so may limit the functionality of the site, and may prevent you from using some of its advanced features.

What is ASPI's policy for allowing you to update your personal identity information?
You may update your user ID and password at any time by contacting AQUA Software Products, Inc. Client Services department at (714) 434-8770.

What security precautions have we employed to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information?
Your information will be password-protected so that you may limit the access other on-line users have to this personal information. AQUA Software Products, Inc. employees have access to your information for the exclusive purpose of providing customer service.

We recommend that you do not divulge your user ID or password to anyone. Please remember to close your browser window when you have finished your work. This ensures that others cannot access your personal information and/or correspondence if you share a computer or use a computer in a public place such as a library or Internet cafe.

What about Password Security?
You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and/or account information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are on-line.

Enforcement
ASPI has established internal procedures to monitor our compliance with the Department of Commerce Safe Harbor Program. As part of such effort, we perform an annual review of our privacy policy. This includes internal audits and ad hoc reviews conducted by our internal Information Security department and reviews by third-party information technology consultants as appropriate.

If a client thinks that ASPI has mishandled his or her personal information in violation of the Safe Harbor Program, the client should contact ASPI and provide a written description of the complaint. After receiving a written description of the complaint, a representative of ASPI will contact the client in order to discuss his or her concerns.

ASPI is interested in addressing all legitimate complaints about its adherence to the Safe Harbor Program and will make a good faith effort to resolve promptly any complaint brought to its attention. ASPI will cooperate with the European Union Data Protection Authorities in the applicable Member States to resolve any complaints arising in connection with this privacy policy that cannot be resolved between ASPI and a client.
