Communication Module
The Communication Module works in tandem with all AQUA modules to deliver reports and other valuable, traveler/user information directly into your client’s hands via e-mail or fax.

Increase agent productivity by automating time consuming tasks such as traveler schedules and documentation delivery or e-ticket and pre-travel report delivery.

Enhance traveler satisfaction and validate system effectiveness by proactively communicating with travelers about the status of their preferred seat, upgrade or waitlist requests.

Custom design system to communicate data from all modules or only the ones you specify and establish parameters at the agency, branch, pseudo city or individual account level.

AQUA Monitor Service
The Monitor Service is best described as AQUA’s automated diagnostic and early warning system. It continuously audits each AQUA workstation to ensure proper functioning and ongoing PNR flow through the system.

Unlike other mid-office, quality control systems that require full-time staff monitoring, AQUA’ s Monitor Service frees system administrators from this time-consuming task, allowing them to focus on more important priorities.

The software’s intelligent design will automatically alert System Administrators and/or Information Technology representatives of “inactive” modules via e-mail or Windows message.

Scheduler Module
The Scheduler Module empowers users with complete control over system operation including the timing/sequencing of record processing for optimal software performance, hardware utilization and management of hits to the GDS. The Scheduler Module ensures that each AQUA module works in a timeframe consistent with your operational flow.
