AQUA’s Fare Module will keep searching for lower fares right up until departure time or until you program the system to stop searching.

Efficient & intelligent design – The Fare Module works from a queue designated by the user that contains PNRs with confirmed air segments and interfaces with the GDS to conduct audits of GDS tariffs and stored negotiated fares. To reduce “hits” to the GDS and decrease processing time, an option to use host-supplied low fare searches is available to the user.

Customize parameters for low fare searches specific to each client unique policy needs and savings criteria, such as departure time window, minimum savings, alternate airports, penalty fares and preferred carriers.
