Once flight segments are successfully upgraded, preferred seat requests can be automatically booked through AQUA’s Seat Module.

AQUA’s system supports the upgrading process on all airlines that allow upgrades, or upgrade requests via the GDS.

Program the system to meet travelers’ criteria for upgrades including which flights should be selected for upgrades and which airline programs will apply.

Easy to implement and use – Agents simply designate the air segments eligible for upgrades and queue the PNR to the Frequent Flyer Upgrade Module where it is processed based upon traveler status. Upgrades not cleared immediately are continuously rechecked at a frequency noted by the user, right up until one hour before departure.
